Personality Edit

Tristan has an easygoing personality. He cares little for laws or social norms. Living on the run, he more or less stays in Cormyr but is never in one city or town for too long. He's able to make friends fairly easily, but isn't usually able to keep them for long because of his less-than-honest lifestyle. Romance is something that is much sought after for him, but when potential lovers spot his wings they usually get scared away. His major personality flaw is that he is so laid back he lacks any drive or goals - he just lives day to day without any thought to the future.

Appearance Edit

Despite his black leathery wings (which he keeps hidden under his tunic), Tristan appears to be a normal human. His skin is lightly tanned, and his eyes are a vivid blue. His body is muscled, but its shape is more toned to fit a rogue or ranger than a barbarian of fighter. He doesn't wear armor, sticking to normal street clothes.

History Edit

Born to a human mother who had been impregnated by an Incubus, Tristan's fate was decided at the moment of his birth when he was found to have a pair of small black wings. His mother was the wife to a well-off noble in Cormyr. He was at first angered by his wife's unfaithfulness, but when she claimed it was rape he believed her. The offspring though... well, he wasn't willing to raise it. It would have been a reminder every day of his wife's rape. So he gave the boy to an orphanage. Tristan stayed their till he was six, quickly learning that he needed to hide his wings if he was to blend in with the rest of society. At six, he left the place, and has been on the streets ever since. He is little more than a common thief, stealing because that is the only way he can survive. He hopes to one day hone his skills to the point where he can join an adventuring company. More than anything, though, he wants to make something out of his life.
